The LLHM offers a wide variety of services related to mental health. First of all they have psychologists and psychiatrists that work for the Ligue that you can consult for free with an appointment. They also offer a day care service where you spent the whole week with a group of people that have similiar issues and work on your goals and visions and have therapy together with professionals. They also offer "The rencontre" where people can come and meet other people with similiar issues and talk, have a cup of coffee or play some table games together. They offer a lot of activities that you can do to learn to structure your day and find new passions that might interest you. They also offer courses for people that have close ones dealing with mental health issues. And also group sessions where people support each other while discussing different issues related to mental health.
